This High-Temperature Shielded Sensor Cable is engineered for precision signal transmission in extreme industrial environments. It consists of 4 twisted pairs with silver-plated copper (SPC) conductors (0.12 mm²), ensuring high conductivity, minimal resistance, and superior signal integrity. Each conductor is insulated with fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP), providing exceptional thermal stability (up to 200°C+), chemical resistance, and low signal attenuation.
To maximize EMI/RFI protection, the cable features an SPC braided shield, effectively reducing electromagnetic interference in high-noise settings. The outer thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) jacket offers excellent flexibility, mechanical durability, and resistance to high temperatures, oils, and abrasion, making it ideal for harsh operating conditions.
